Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Restaurant Commerce Platform, operated by Ayla Food Suppliers LTD (“we”, “us”). By creating a restaurant account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to them. If you're signing up on behalf of a restaurant business, you're confirming you have authority to do so.

A storefront, menu builder, order management, and kitchen tools for your restaurant, hosted on our infrastructure. We aim for the service to be available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond our reasonable control.

We don't process online payments on your customers' behalf. Every order's price is calculated and validated by us, but collecting payment — whether card-on-delivery, cash, or any other method — is entirely between you and your customer. You're responsible for however you choose to take payment, and for any related tax, card-scheme, or consumer-protection obligations that come with it.

• Keep your menu, prices, and hours accurate — customers order based on what you publish.
• Keep your account credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Only use the platform for a genuine restaurant business, not for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Comply with your own legal obligations to your customers — food safety, consumer rights, and data protection for the data you collect through your storefront.

When a customer orders from your storefront, you (the restaurant) are generally the data controller for that order data, and we act as your processor — we handle it on your instructions, under our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for your own compliance with UK GDPR in how you use that data.

The platform itself — its code, design, and branding — is ours. Your menu content, photos, and branding stay yours; by uploading them you give us the right to display them as part of running your storefront.

You can stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or where we reasonably believe continuing to provide the service would put us or others at risk.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Beyond that, our liability to you for losses arising from your use of the platform is limited to a reasonable amount reflecting the nature of the service — we're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
